Every customer qual. One date each. Nothing surprises the customer.
Foundries, OSATs, test and design-services firms run dozens of customer programs at once, each with a customer waiting at the end. Tymeline holds all of them to their dates. When a lot falls behind, it re-plans the recovery, and the customer hears it from you first.
Reading the test floor…
Where margin disappears
You are paid on volume
And volume starts only after the customer signs off the qual.
One lost qual
Is the customer's launch — or the customer moving to another site.
Fixed-bid programs
Lose their margin to slips found late.
The hard problems it solves across your quals.
Not reports on them. The fix, worked out, approved and carried out.
- A reliability lot falls behind
- The remaining lots are re-sequenced across the capacity that is free, and checked against the customer's qual criteria. The sign-off date holds.
- The customer has to hear it from you
- The note is drafted the same day, with the facts and the recovery plan. Your account owner sends it before the customer notices anything.
- Forty quals share the same chambers and testers
- One record across every customer. A clash over capacity is seen weeks ahead and settled before either customer's date moves.
- A fixed-bid program is drifting from its scope
- Every story and ticket is compared with the statement of work. Drift is raised within days, while it can still be billed or cut.
- The next bid has to be right
- Every program's record of what slipped and what fixed it stays with you, so the next estimate is built on what actually happened.
One qual, kickoff to sign-off
A 28nm automotive qual. 26 weeks.
- Kickoff
The qual plan, reliability lots and customer criteria are loaded. The baseline is frozen with the customer's date.
- Week 11
Lot 3 falls behind. The same day, the remaining lots are re-planned to recover it, and the account owner sends the customer note that afternoon.
- Recover
Re-sequenced lots hold the sign-off date. Every change is signed.
- Sign-off
The customer signs on the original date. The record of what slipped and what fixed it stays with you.
Each customer isolated. The fab network untouched.
Per-customer scope, keys and kill switch: one customer's record never informs another's. On the fab network Tymeline is read-only and OT-security-reviewed, or it runs on Patrick with nothing crossing. Customers see only what you choose to share. Start with one site's quals and add lines from there.
