The hard questions, answered directly.

What buyers ask before they sign

We already have Jira and a PMO. Why isn't that enough?

Jira holds what people typed. Tymeline reads Jira — and Perforce, your EDA tools, the test floor and supplier email — and holds each commitment against its evidence. It shows what is true against the date, then acts on the gap. Jira stays.

Why can't a general AI model do this?

A chat session knows what someone typed and starts from zero every time. It has never seen your bring-up logs, your re-spin post-mortems, or which vendor gate always slips. Tymeline is always on inside the program, reads the tools directly, and carries memory across your programs.

How is it different from the AI agents in our EDA tools?

Their agents do engineering work inside their own tools. Tymeline sits above all the tools and holds the whole program — including the fab, firmware and suppliers — to one date.

What can it do without asking a human?

Only what you've approved, per program and per kind of action. It starts by observing. You widen the fence as it earns trust — chase an owner, re-sequence a sprint, request evidence. No AI Employee approves a tape-out gate. Ever.

What if an AI Employee is wrong?

Nothing consequential happens without a named human approval. The record makes any mistake traceable to its inputs, and any AI Employee can be suspended with one command, with its history kept.

Will our RTL, netlists or GDS leave our environment?

No. Tymeline reads program signals — tickets, regression and timing results, milestones, messages — not design databases. Air-gapped deployments move nothing across the boundary.

Do you train on our data?

No model that leaves your tenant is trained on your program data. Cross-program learning is covered by a separate, explicit clause.

What does a first deployment look like?

One program already in flight. SaaS live in about two weeks; VPC two to three; Patrick four to six. Success criteria are agreed up front, against the date.

Why is it priced per program instead of per seat?

Because the value is the date, not the login. One program covers its whole team, about 50 people on average, and we do not count logins inside it. A larger effort is quoted as more than one program.
